How It Works

Selling your vehicle, start to finish

Getting rid of an unwanted vehicle shouldn't be complicated, and with us it isn't. Here's the whole process from the first phone call to the moment we drive away with your car.

There are no towing charges, no admin fees and no haggling at the curb. The offer we give you is the amount you get paid.

The process

  1. Step 1: Request your quote

Fill in the quote form or call us with your vehicle's year, make, model and where it's parked. A photo or two helps us price it accurately.

  2. Step 2: Review your offer

We price your vehicle on what it's actually worth: its weight, usable parts and today's scrap rates. You get a clear number, no games.

  3. Step 3: Schedule pickup

Choose a pickup window that suits you. We come to your driveway, garage, backyard or lot. Same-day pickups are common in Oshawa.

  4. Step 4: Sign & get paid

You sign the ownership transfer, we load up and pay you. Most pickups take under half an hour.

Process questions

What paperwork do I need?

Just the vehicle ownership (the green permit) and a piece of photo ID. At pickup we walk you through signing over the ownership. It takes a few minutes, and we bring the paperwork.

When do I get paid?

You get paid when we pick up the vehicle. The offer we agreed on is what you receive. Towing is never deducted.

Do I need to be there for pickup?

Someone has to sign the ownership transfer, so usually yes. If you can't be there in person, give us a call first and we'll work out an arrangement.

How do I get my car ready for pickup?

Clear out your belongings, take off the plates and have the ownership permit ready. Leave the vehicle somewhere our truck can reach, and park it nose-out if it's in a tight spot.

What if my car is stuck or hard to reach?

Tell us when you book. Our trucks carry winches and we've pulled vehicles out of garages, backyards and muddy lots before. The more we know ahead of time, the smoother it goes.

Can I sell a car without the ownership papers?

Not directly. We need the vehicle permit (the green ownership slip) to complete the transfer properly. If yours is lost, ServiceOntario can replace it in a few minutes with your licence.

What if the vehicle doesn't match what I described?

We'll adjust the offer to match what we see at pickup. If you're not happy with the revised number, you're free to decline. That's exactly why accurate details and photos matter up front.
